・If you understand basic Japanese phrases, a reservation can be made by phone. We will be available to take your call from 9:00 am.
・If you are a non-Japanese speaker, we suggest that you make a reservation online (see the online reservation form on this page).
・We cannot accept a reservation request by fax.
・The line may be busy during business hours, especially, 12:00–13:30 and 18:00–20:00.
・We want you to enjoy your meal in comfortable surroundings. If the restaurant is overcrowded, we may propose an adjustment of the start time of your meal.
・If you are in a hurry, let us know when you make a reservation. We may not be able to accommodate your request without prior notification.

・If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you make a reservation. Let us know the requirements of your dining companions too. We may not be able to accommodate the requirements that have not been notified to us in advance.
・A cancellation fee may be charged if the reservation is cancelled on the day of the reservation or a change in the number of guests is made on the day. Let us know any change in the reservation at least one day before the day of the reservation. If there is a considerable change in the number of guests, a cancellation fee may still be charged even if the change is made one day before the day of the reservation.
・The restaurant has no strict dress code, but business casual wear would be advisable.
