Kameya was the first ever western food restaurant here in Yunohama.
The French Kaiseki cuisine derives from the spirit of that initial restaurant.
This special cuisine adds a cutting edge essence to the traditional Japanese and French technique. They will be served at the Ryuguden dining hall.

The plate, delightful to both Japanese and Western taste

The plate used for this Kaiseki Cuisine is unified by the “Palmette” from Royal Copenhagen, which symbolizes the mixture of the western and eastern culture.
They are elegant plates that compliment the meal, and are suited for a special day.

Chef Kazushi Sato

Guests can choose between the Yonezawa Beef, Yamagata Beef, or the Kinka Pork (all highly graded) for their main dish. The main dish is accompanied by seasonal ingredients prepared by various cooking methods.
The best part of this Kaiseki cuisine is the various fusion of ingredients and the presentation of the meal. The outcome is infinite, and we wish to serve a dish that puts a smile on our guests’ faces.
