“I imagined a traditional Japanese breakfast with multiple side dishes when making the breakfast here in Kameya. The rice is highly ranked and was produced here in the Shonai area, one of the most famous producers of rice in Japan, and is accompanied with miso soup. On top of that, we serve the famous “Tsurukame” (referring to swans and turtles) natto, prosciutto from the Hirata Farm, and many more meals from the Shonai area.
